The lounge room features very comfy seating for 4, a TV, DVD and Playstation. The dining area seats 6 with an additional barstool at the kitchen bench. The bookshelf is stacked with books and board games for your enjoyment.
HEATING & COOLING
A generous split system air-conditioner will keeps the open living/dining/kitchen area warm during the cooler months and cool during summer.
There are two portable column heaters and three freestanding fans to ensure your stay is comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom is modern and clean with a shower, bath and vanity. Separate toilet.
