The kitchen and dining area is open and spacious with a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking, large refrigerator and stools at the breakfast bar. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The lounge is part of the open plan kitchen/dining area and offers plenty of comfortable seating options. A large TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.
HEATING & COOLING
The lounge has various heating options including a combustion fireplace and reverse cycling airconditioning providing comfort all year round. There are radiant heaters in the bedroom for the colder nights and pedestal fans for the warmer days.
The main bathroom features a bath, shower and vanity with a separate toilet. Both ensuites have a shower, vanity and toilet.
The back of the house features a spacious undercover deck, a luxurious heated spa complete with massage seating, mood lighting, lovely views and generous bark yard and garden.
A gas BBQ is located on the back deck overlooking the generous backyard, perfect for a young active family and your pets. There is also shedding for bikes or big toys, a large kennel and clothesline.
Please follow SPA USEAGE instructions; the spa is professionally maintained and if left in an unusable state the departing guest will be charged a water change and balance callout fee of $150.00
Your furry friends are also welcome to explore the large block with accommodation just for them. Take them for a walk with you and enjoy all that the beautiful heritage listed town of Wandiligong has to offer. Please note that the property has FARM FENCING only and as such cannot be considered to be securely fenced.
The generous-sized laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and plenty of storage space.
The carport provides covered parking for one car however an additional two cars can easily be accommodated at the property.
1 School Road was such a beautiful property Plenty of room for the 8 of us, great facilities, and kids had amazing fun in the huge, fully enclosed backyard. Highly recommended, will definitely re-visit next year
