Rated 1 out of 5 by from When the almighty dollar takes over hospitality. Communication at the start was good and was very close to town, so had high hopes. Two ladies in our group arrived early and accidentally found the key for the wrong cottage (looked under the wrong pot), and took a shower. One apartment is directly behind the other…which is right next to the owners’ house, which we didn’t know. The two were in the apartment for less than 20 minutes, as we arrived when she was still in the shower. Was charged $60 for cleaning!!! This, mind you, is on top of the $700 fee for ONE NIGHT. There were 7 of us, but that is absolute robbery. And for that price, I do not expect the mattresses to be in the shape they were in, especially the 'pull out', which turned out to be a cot. My friend almost opted to sleep on the floor. Nor is there communal area sufficient for any numbers beyond 4-5 people. In the morning, we wanted a coffee. Started to use the pod machine until we noticed the thousands of what looked like ants in the water container. Wow. Thought to boil water for instant coffee in the kettle. The smell when we opened the kettle was what alerted us to the insects in that container. And we're paying for a cleaning fee? Still, we washed our glasses (I did notice two on the way out which we had missed) before leaving. I was notified immediately about the $60 cleaning fee for the mistaken shower. Must have been some expensive detergent. Then, an entire week later, I was told that we must have stolen a blanket, as it can't be found. I was also told no one had been in there, even a cleaner, so it had to be us. I find it hard to believe that you own a property which we have been charged $60 for a shower, and yet you haven't cleaned after a group has been in....for an entire week. Perhaps it's under the bed. Thinking about the coffee machine and kettle, I can't imagine they clean under there. Careful…if those dollars become more important than your customers, you’ll find you won’t have either very soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Close to everything, 10 min. Walk to town centre Apart from a few minor maintenance tasks, we found the property very well located and central to all the shops and eateries InTown.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good property Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice outlook across to the hills. Easy parking, close to amenities. Nice front deck, also back deck with outdoor setting and kennel, if you bring your doggie. Would benefit from having a hot plate, although there was a small Weber on back deck. I thought it was a little bit dear, but last minute booking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Stay We booked the weekend for a getaway and 'A Day on the Green'. The house was a nice walk into town and very close to bus transfers. The house is nicely furnished, very clean and it was a pleasure to stay. Loved the photo collection.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely place with nice little touches Belinda's place is brand-new and she has clearly put a lot of effort and thought into making this a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We stayed as a family of 5 and had comfortably enough space. There were lots of cute little touches like toys for the kids and wine and chocolates for the adults along with a few essentials to have a drink and a nibble. Belinda went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and provided us with extra blankets and a heater when it was unseasonably cold. I assume this place will be even better once a few small hick-ups are ironed out with more experience. Thanks for a lovely long weekend!
