Hamptons in Healesville is a comfortable Hampton's styled cottage with stunning Yarra Valley mountain views.
The cottage is only 900 m to the shops and restaurants on Healesville's main street.
It has everything required for a family, friends or a couple looking to escape for a holiday to the Yarra Valley.
The cottage has been recently renovated and perfectly set up for a comfortable stay whether you want to go out and enjoy the lovely Yarra valley or stay in to and cook a meal from local Yarra Valley produce.
The open plan living and dining area opens onto a deck with amazing view over local mountains. There is lush front and back garden which captures year round Yarra Valley colours and includes a fig, olive, mandarin, lemon and kumquat tree - all of which you are welcome to pick when fruit is in season.
The lounge room has two comfortable couches, split system air conditioner/heater, flat screen LCD TV with DVD player. There is also a canara fireplace for cold winter evenings.
It has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top and oven and Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods provided.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with separate toilet and laundry. The bedroom set ups are as follows
Room 1: queen bed
Room 2: two extra long singles that can be separated or joined into a queen bed
Room 3: two sets of bunk beds 4 beds
All linen and towels included.
Note1: The path to access the house is on a slope. It may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. Please contact us if this is a concern and we can provide further details so you can asses if it would suit you.

Not everyone treats property with the same respect that I am sure you will. Therefore it is necessary for us to set the following terms and conditions.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Bond is security for the owner in the case of any damages to property. STAYZ will hold credit card details to secure bond amount of $350. This amount will be refunded within 5 business days should any problems found on inspection by the owner.
STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS
We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we ask for a bond and state the following conditions.
1. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owner in advance.
2. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The areas is a quiet residential to respect neighbours NO parties or functions are allowed. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
3. The rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Charges will be imposed if the facilities are left in an unreasonable condition - e.g. Soiled or stained bedding, rugs, upholstery, etc. Any damage, loss or breakages to the Cottage, its fittings and facilities will be charged to the guest at replacement/repair/cleaning cost plus 10
The property has 2 car parks ONLY. Residents must ONLY park in the property driveway. The property is NOT suitable for more than 2 cars. Disturbance to our neighbours through blocking driveways is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, accept for normal cleaning. Check-out time is 11 am to allow time to prepare property for next guests. If you require an earlier arrival, or a later departure, this may be arranged with prior notice to the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property. Any items left behind will be returned at the tenant's expense.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING AND NO PETS PROPERTY.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
