"Birdwood House" is a lovingly restored late colonial house, believed to be the oldest operating guest house/ B&B in Warburton dating from 1889.
Established as a B&B in 1906, many notable guests including famous artists have stayed and painted here.
The house sits directly overlooking the famous Lilydale to Warburton bike trail and the historic centre of Warburton, only minutes walk to cafés, restaurants and the beautiful River Yarra walks.

Fresh milk, tea, coffee and standard breakfast condiments are supplied and the nearby Cog Café offers a great breakfast and free wifi.
Bicycles to ride the level trails can be rented from the Cog Café.
