On the canals and at the beach......perfect location
One of very few houses in the prime location of being a walk through the dunes to the beach rather than a drive.
Outdoor living at its best - Jump in the new pool or relax on the deck overlooking the canal and Cape Range, the perfect position to be if you love sunsets. The timber deckis the full width of the house and is furnished with a teak table to seat 10 or more, and an outdoor lounge....most guests almost live out here.
The 4 bedrooms are located for good separation, each has a king size bed that unzips to 2 king singles, giving ultimate flexibility for families, several couples, or a bunch of mates on a fishing trip.
No bunk beds - it isnt about cramming it full of people like a dormitoryit is about enjoying a house as you would like your holiday house to be.
The house is well equipped, including a dish washer. Please note there is now no coffee machine.
Plenty of parking sorry no guest access to the garage, and the largest floating jetty for your boat no power and no water available at jetty, some canal fishing, or set off on your paddle ski.
100 metres up the street to the fish cleaning station, the boat ramp, Game Fishing clubhouse and the Novotel resort. A stroll the other way to the Yacht Club and town beach.
Between the ocean and the canals, designed for Exmouth...enjoy your holiday

Terrific location.. across the road for an early morning walk along the beach, breakfast on the deck, off to Turquoise Bayfor a snorkel on the reef, back for coffee, a spot of fishing from the Jettyands a good earned rest, then ready for cocktails on deck watching the sunset...a perfect day.... And the next 4 were just as good ....great house, well equipped, everything you need for a fantastic break.

Holiday at 78 Madaffari Drive, Exmouth
Had to give some feedback on how much we enjoyed our stay at this place. We first happened on this holiday accommodation in 2011 and enjoyed it so much we had to come back and stayed a week in 2014. The location is just wonderful close to town, short walk to the beach and a walk up to the resort if you feel like a meal out but why would you when you can sit on the decking having a relaxing drink and meal looking out over the canals and watching the sun set over the Cape Range. It is just magical.
The house is really well set up with everything you need, so it is a hassle-free holiday in a really beautiful bit of Australia. The house is clean and well maintained, and we found we could really unwind - relaxing reading a book on the decking. But there is so much to do at Exmouth. We love snorkelling at Ningaloo the fish are amazing and I swam with some turtles just off the beach not to mention diving with the whale sharks. Now that was an experience
Anyhow, enough of this just wanted to thank you for the great holidays. Hope to get up there again soon.

We stayed at 78 Madafarri Drive and found it just right. It would have to be one of the best locations in Exmouth as it is within 100 metres of the Novotel Ningaloo Resort, 200 metres from the Exmouth Marina and Game Fishing Club, a short walk across the road to the swimming beach and a short walk into town. The floating jetty right on the canal is great to go out and look at the whales in the Gulf. The Swim with the Whale Sharks is also one we ticked off our bucket-list.
Our evenings were spent sitting out on the verandah, to watch the most spectacular sunsets while partaking of our barbeque. Our stay was with two other couples; we found the bedroom accommodation to be well separated and we just loved the King sized beds The whole house is very well equipped, including the all important coffee machine. We would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I stayed here in December 2014 and this house had all the comforts of home. But what we loved most was walking out onto the expansive covered outdoor timber decking from our bedroom.. relaxing on the comfortable outdoor setting with a glass of wine and admiring the waters of the canal and outdoor surrounds. Really valued the local knowledge in the house manual with recommendations on Exmouth restaurants, activities and places to visit.
Beach and yacht club a 5-10 minute walk from the house. The jetty at the house is great to watch fish in the canal, and go paddling on a waveski ..wish we had a boat with us......So many positives, cant list it all
Over the road for a short walk on the beach and an early swim, then coffee on the lounge on the deck....what a great start to the day.....hard to leave the house it was so good .... but Turquoise Bay beckoned and it was amazing, with the reef being right at the shore making snorkelling a breeze, and a magnificent beach as well. The house is so well laid out with the living areas leading onto the massive deck. We really appreciated the kitchen equipment as we love cooking Asian style.
Being our first trip to Exmouth it certainly won't be the last.

Our holiday at 78 Madafarri Drive ticked all the boxes. We loved the location as it is near all that you need: the Exmouth Marina and Game Fishing Club, the town and the swimming beach. We especially liked being right at the marina / canals, as it is so convenient for loading up the boat and for easy access into the harbour.
Exmouth is near enough to then do the Swimming with the Whale Sharks definitely a must-do in my lifetime You face west, so can enjoy the wonderful sunsets while cooking your barbeque. The accommodation is all great and we appreciated the King-sized beds. We would definitely stay there again.

I have been visiting Exmouth for holidays for over 40 years and this house has the best facilities yet. It's well appointed, modern with a good design but the best part is a beautiful deck overlooking the canals. Sitting on the deck for breakfast or at any time is just totally relaxing. Beingclose to the boat ramp at the Marina is good to get the boat into the water but then with its own jetty there is no need to worry again, brilliant. The town beach is just a short stroll as is the sailing club and access to the beach via 4wd. I have travelled around the world and staying in this house with the Ningaloo reef at the doorstep it does not get any better.
