This Town Central Brand New Apartment is walking distance to, restaurants, coffee shops and the town beaches.
This new apartment has a lock up garage for off street parking with security entrance from the garage. The kitchen is well equipped including toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, plunger coffee and tea. The pantry has some essential supplies such as salt and pepper, sauces etc. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. The bathroom is compact and has a modern washing machine with an external cloths line for drying cloths. The outdoor area has comfortable seating and a small BBQ.
There is a two night minimum stay and 3 night minimum stay during peak periods. Shorter stays can be arranged upon request. An additional fold away bed can also be provided at an additional small fee.
Please note some important house rules below.
It is important to note that this apartment is close to other apartments. Noise levels must be kept to an acceptable standard. Please respect your adjoining and nearby neighbours. Inviting groups of people back and creating a lot of noise later than early evening would not be acceptable.
Please only park in the garage, on the paved drive way in front of Unit 2 or over the road.
