Recently renovated and now sporting a brand new designer kitchen with stainless steel cooker, dishwasher, concrete island bench top, beautiful jarrah floor boards and lovely north facing deck - perfect for your morning coffee or entertaining on a warm summer afternoon. The deck will be set up with BBQ, table and chairs.

Sleeping - 3 large bedrooms: Master bedroom features hidden walk in robe, queen size bed, full length mirror and adjoins the bathroom. Bedroom 2 & 3 both have queen size beds and clothes hanging rack.

Bathroom - beautifully renovated featuring a clawfoot bath and separate shower. NOTE: the 1 bathroom adjoins the master-bedroom and is connected via double frosted glass doors. This layout should be considered before booking for groups of adults.

Kitchen/Cooking - includes beautiful designer layout, brand new stainless steel dishwasher and oven and fully equipped. The deck also features a BBQ.

Entertainment - 50inch flat screen TV, DVD player, AM/FM radio

Linen - linen supplied, towels supplied, ironing facilities, washing machine a dryer, and clothes drying rack.

Comfort - reverse cycle air conditioning/heater, ceiling fan in master bedroom and pedestal fans and heaters for in other rooms.

Extras - hair dryer, basic tea, coffee, cooking aides.

Parking - huge areas for parking, a small secure carport and parking off road for 4 vehicles

Pets - pet friendly, verified on application.

No WIFI connected, however TV has an Apple TV connected should you be travelling with mobile WIFI.

NB. The property is also available for longer stays for corporate or business clients by arrangement with owner and under special discounted rates. Weekly/fortnightly servicing can be arranged.
