This house is on a country property so please be mindful that there are occasional power outages although rare.
Please be water wise as the house is only connected to rainwater tanks.
Limited wifi is available wifi is via satellite nbn. Please keep this in mind as once the monthly quota is used no further service is available.
During summer you also need to be mindful of snakes and keep the doors closed at all times.
