MARINA HEIGHTS is a modern 2 storey Town House, designed to maximise the very best of a relaxed seaside holiday.

Fully self-contained and sleeping up to 6 people, it is perfect for a family or just two people looking for a romantic weekend getaway.

3 Bedrooms consist of 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. All have quality linen, doonas, and towels provided. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. 2 bedrooms have their own airconditioning units for cool summer comfort or warm winter nights.

The upstairs living area has expansive views overlooking the ocean, with a small balcony. Consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets one with an ensuite. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with a TV, DVD, Video player and airconditioning.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, with an outdoor alfresco area. The laundry has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board with an outdoor clothes line tucked discreetly in the back yard.

Enough parking for 2 cars, undercover.

Tariffs: These are based on 2 people per night/extras are added on, Low Season at $10 per night/High Season at $15 per night.


You will need to bring your own food, drinks, and beach towels.

Optional golf clubs, fishing gear, body boards, snorkel & diving gear, running shoes, skateboards.

The Townhouse is a 5-minute stroll to the Port Store shopping complex, which consists of a Bakery, Supermarket, Liquor Store, and Takeaway with the most delicious fish & chips in Dongara

Southerly's Tavern overlooks the Marina and Fishing boats. Enjoy a beer in comfortable surroundings, family friendly. The Tavern serves excellent meals but there are also a wide range of restaurants and take-away outlets in Dongara.

How to get there:

Dongara and Port Denison are twin towns an easy three and a half hours drive north from Perth on the Brand Highway or the new Indian Ocean Drive.

Brand Highway to Dongara 360 km north of Perth

Alternative entrances-

1. Turn left into Kailis Drive Turnoff approx 15 km south of Dongara

Drive 15 km through the sand dunes to Port Denison.

Turn right when you reach the Marina on to Point Leander Drive.

Follow until you reach a roundabout, right and first turn to your left into Ocean Drive. Follow past the Big4 Caravan Park and it is the first turn on your right into Marina Heights.

2. Follow the signs to Dongara and drive into town along the main street, Moreton Terrace.

Turn left to PORT DENISON. Opposite Westpac Bank. Point Leander Drive. Cross over the bridge and drive approx 4 km until you reach the Big 4 caravan Park, turn right at Ocean Drive, then take the first turn to the right which is Marina Heights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wonderful stay We had a lovely 3 day stay with our 2 children. Excellent location only 5min walk to the swimming beach and beautiful beach views from living and master bedrooms. Home had everything we could have needed and a nice small yard just big enough for the kids to play in. Only thing for us was there is no bath for the kids only showers . Had a fantastic relaxing break and hope to come back in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Marina Heights Apartment 1 This June 2016, with family members and friend, 5 of us were staying at this unit. Love the unit which is neat, tidy, clean and well equipped. Only if the dining area could have a bigger space. Anyway, we got what we needed for a short holiday that's important. Very friendly owners - the couple Lin & Rick. Thanks very much. Really enjoying our stay and pretty much will plan again for next year June. Will recommend to friends.
