Spectacular and uninterrupted views of the Moore River, ocean and coastline can be enjoyed through the floor to ceiling glass windows which allow 270 degree panoramic views. Watch the sunset as you relax from the comfort of the expansive balcony which wraps around the front of the house. Wake to the sound of the ocean before walking 100 metres to beach and river mouth access paths.
The open plan, upstairs kitchen and living area take full advantage of the views. There is also an upstairs bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite.
Downstairs you will find a double bedroom, a bunk room with 2 sets of single bunk beds, a second bathroom and a small living area that opens up to a paved outdoor area with BBQ, table and chairs ... and even more views This downstairs living area has secondary kitchen facilities with a second TV/DVD combo.
The house accommodates a MAXIMUM of 10 people.
It is suitable for families, couples and visitors from interstate or overseas.
It is not ideal for toddlers as all the living area is upstairs and there is a long staircase.
This beach house has everything you need - just bring food, sheets, towels and personal items.
Guilderton is located 95 kms north of Perth - allow 1 hour and 15 minutes driving time.
This is a nature based destination with a beautiful river perfect to canoe and swim in.
SORRY - NO school leavers/ young adults, NO smoking and NO pets are allowed.

Each bed has pillows, cotton blanket and quilt in a cover.
