The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. This unit has room for 2 cars end to end The unit may take a boat no bigger than 5 meters this is including trailer with a height restriction of 2 meters approx. Please note if your car, boat or trailer exceeds the boundary of the unit or you are parked on the common driveway or grassed area you will be asked to remove it immediately. Street parking is available on Heaton Street.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
