Unit 63 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the main living area. This Unit sleeps 6 Guests and the bedding arrangement is 2 Queen & 2 Singles. Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. Each unit has 2 x bays for parking: this will give you parking for 2 x cars or 1 small boat and 1 x car. The unit may take a boat trailer to a maximum of 5 metres with a height restriction of 2 metres approx.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
