Other facilities of the unit include air conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, own laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor setting, own gas BBQ and clothes line. A HOLIDAY RENTAL AGREEMENT is required to be completed for all bookings and will be sent from Ray White Jurien Bay. This agreement requires details of your name, address, contact number, number of guests and credit card details. A photocopy of your driver's licence is also required on Check In and office staff are to sight your Credit Card on arrival.
MasterCard or VISA details will be kept for security purposes until after Check Out.
