This 4 bedroom 2 x Queen beds, 2 x Tri-bunks & 1 x Single bed, 2 bathroom open plan house sleeps up to 11 guests & is suitable for 2 families
The main living area is serviced by a 7kw reverse cycle air conditioner that overflows to the 3 minor bedrooms as does the gas heater during winter. The main bedroom has its own reverse cycle air conditioner, mirrored sliding doors wardrobe & ensuite bathroom. All other bedrooms have walls fans & wardrobes. Stove/oven, microwave & fridge/freezer in spacious kitchen. TV & DVD player in the lounge room. Large corner bath in main bathroom & separate shower rose. Washing machine in laundry. Outside there are two shaded entertaining areas, 1 with a gas BBQ & beer/bait firdge + an enclosed lawn area for the dog. There are 2 driveways that provide plenty of parking for cars and boats. All within easy walking distance to beaches, the river and shops. A $50 fee per dog applies

2. Pet Friendly, BUT STRICTLY NO PETS INSIDE. A $50 fee per dog applies. A extra cleaning and laundry fee will apply if the Dog has been inside.
3. ALL our properties are fully self contained.
4. NONE of our properties are serviced.
5. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA or the Supermarket in town.
