Microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates & new oven in downstairs kitchen + dining area. Laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board & toilet also a seperate toilet upstairs. Extra kitchenette upstairs with fridge. Lounge with TV, DVD/CD & USB port sound centre upstairs. Outdoor dining setting & outdoor lounge on fantastic large deck with views of the river and ocean. Downstairs patio with BBQ & enclosed yard. Fish cleaning table. Large "U-shaped" driveway + plenty of extra parking.

Fully secure yard with side boat access,Large pet friendly yard,PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $50.00 DOG FEE. but not for indoors, a extra cleaning fee will occur if you have your pet inside, & plenty of parking on the "U-Shaped" driveway.

5. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA or the Supermarket in town.
