Walk in to this lovely home and you will be happy, on entry there is a relaxing smaller sitting area,then the large lounge and dining area, with large TV/DVD, and reverse cycle air conditioning this continues on to the modern fully self contained kitchen which includes microwave, induction stove, electric oven/grill & fridge/freezer. Off the hallway you have all the bedrooms and second bathroom. Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom and is huge with a king bed, a TV and the ensuite has a spa bath, shower and toilet,the sliding doors open to the outside patio area. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and your own TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, and bedroom 4 has 1 bunk bed and a single bed. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet, There is a front loader washing machine. Step out the back there is a large sheltered under cover patio with outdoor setting and lounge area, ceiling fans a fridge, BBQ and webber that continues on to a lawned area as well. There is a garage to park the car or 2 driveways to fit cars and the boat. Access from the garage to the fully enclosed back yard.Walking distance to the Golf and Bowling club. Convenient walk to river and shops. All tastefully fully furnished.
