Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Property for the family Loved our stay in a modern, well equipped house. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and just loved having a glass of wine watching the sun go down over the ocean. The pics dont do it justice. Only a short drive into town and a great beach. The kids, dog and us adults had a great time at the beach called Little Jakes. The back yard of the property was fully enclosed so when we went off to the national park, the dog was safe and secure (and exhausted). Can't wait to come back

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Family Home with Spectacular Views Immaculate presentation of large spacious 3 bedroom house overlooking Red Bluff This holiday home is a 3 min drive or 10 min scenic bike ride from River outlet, giving tranquility and privacy for your holiday if required. Loved the beaches, sunset on Red Bluff with our drinks, friends and our dogs exercising and swimming. THEY loved the secluded beach. House is dog friendly with an enclosed protected back yard, adjoining bushland for those morning walks Large kitchen and family area with views, everything catered for a couple , family or holiday with friends. Large flat screen with an amazing comfortable lounge for the football or DVDs Family room is a great shape to allow all family members to be together but not encroaching on adults or children. Quality linen on the beds, more like a **** hotel than a holiday home. Great outdoor setting to eat, drink and just relax while watching the kangaroos and ocean. So many things to do in Kalbarri or just stay and relax We will return to Browne Boulevard, again and again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb property, fantastic views/ ocean, secluded we are a family of 6, this property was very large and had everything you will need to enjoy your holiday. Close enough to town yet far enough away for peace and quite. Emus and kangaroos were to be seen early morning and evening from the house. Cannot fault it, plenty of room for a boat, very clean and well appointed and pet friendly, we certainly will be back !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place!!! We stayed here for 9 nights as a family of 4 and had a great time. We were so surprised walking into this property as the photos on here really don't do it justice. It's open plan and super high ceilings make it feel like a mansion. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and you have literally everything you want or need on holiday. A couple of small heads up though to people visiting - The barbecue is absolutely disgusting so we did not use it which was a real pain. The plate has been cleaned but all around the edges and underneath etc is covered in fat and kitty litter from the drip tray below. We could not bring ourselves to use it so as an alternative there are a number of really lovely bbqs for free use in town. The master toilet drips all day and all night. For some reason we couldn't remove the cover of the cistern to investigate so at night when trying to sleep flushed the toilet and turned the tap off at the wall to keep it empty and dripping stops. The clothes line is in a terrible spot out back. It gets virtually NO sun at that time of year which is also getting cool so clothes struggle to dry - especially jumpers etc. Would be good if the owners invested in a small hills hoist type washing line and put it out back as there is ample room for it. But take some rope and you can make a makeshift clothesline under the carport very easily. Apart from these small things we rate this place 10/10. It is close enough to town to not be an annoyance traveling in, and far enough away to have wonderful peace and quiet all day and night long.
