Older style, partially renovated, 3 bedroom home, 1 bedroom upstairs with Queen bed & 2 downstairs - 1 with Queen bed & the other with 2 x bunk beds. The new owners have done a great job making this older style cottage comfortable & cozy just for you.

Kitchen with gas oven/stove, fridge/freezer & microwave - overlooking dining area. Lounge room has a TV, DVD & CD player & is cooled down by the ceiling fan & reverse cycle air con. Bathroom boasts large shower, vanity & toilet . All bedrooms have their own reverse cycle air cons & the main bedroom upstairs opens onto an external balcony. Older style external laundry with auto washing machine & a 2nd toilet. Plenty of parking under shady trees out the front of the property.

The outdoor area is made for the Australian environment - from the gorgeous fire pit to the outdoor BBQ/kitchen on the beautiful decked patio area & plenty of room for a game of cricket or football on the lawn. A fantastic place to holiday and great for families. Close enough to the river you will be able to hear the waves crashing at night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved it! Great place for a relaxing holiday with the family. More than enough room for us and our dog. Walking distance to everything and has a great feel. Perfect for the beachside family holiday and extremely affordable. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Place We stayed at 48 Mortimer Street the second time.Last year we stayed 3 weeks and because it was so perfect we stayed 5 weeks this year. This time we could even bring our dog. Since last year the owners made a lot of improvements. We could leave our dog in the secure backyard and we really like the new deck area and fire pit. The kitchen has everything we needed and we liked the new fridge. The staff at Ray White are really friendly and responded immediately to any queries we had. We can recommend 48 Mortimer Street to anyone wanting a relaxed comfortable holiday

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Homely A fantastic location close to the shops, walking paths with dog friendly exercise areas. The house would be ideal for families it has a large backyard with fire pit and outdoor area. The renovations have improved the house however my only concern was the lack of fly screens on some doors and windows, not an issue in winter but the summer months could prove annoying with flies and potential security of the house.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Location Great location and great time in Kalbarri with the family and dog friendly is a bonus but sorry wasn't over impressed with the old cottage. Dirty carpets, mould on bedroom ceiling just to mention a few things and website said fully renovated...guessing it was a long while ago. Showing signs of a lot of wear. Looked better on the web photos than it actually is. The outdoor area BBQ and fire pit are a good addition and got a lot of use. Kalbarri is a gorgeous place !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good spot for a week away with mates Spent a week here with some mates doing a bit of fishing, the place had everything we needed including space to park and rinse our 6.5m boat and plenty of room for other cars. The place also has a great backyard and outdoor area that suited a trip perfectly and was nice to sit around a fire a couple of nights. The backyard is plenty big enough and will return with my family for a trip as they are dog friendly.
