Nearby Lancelin has a popular surf beach, and you can even book surfing lessons there if you've always wanted to give that a go.
This two storey well cared for home with awesome ocean views is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the newer part of town just a short walk to the beach. It has four bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There are new comfortable beds throughout, a kingsize bed in the main bedroom, queensize bed in bedroom 2 and 2 x 2 single beds in the other rooms. Reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs and downstairs ensures the temperature inside can be regulated to make your stay even more comfortable.
The clean and casual open living room has some Perth television channels and DVD, a dining room and plenty of alfresco dining options with a BBQ area are on the top deck. A second fridge on the deck is perfect for drinks with a freezer for bait. The newly renovated fully self contained kitchen with 2 drawer LG dishwasher, microwave, oven and hotplate with range hood ensures you can play at being master chef or alternatively dine at the Ledge Point Country Club. Other options might be to grab something over at Lancelin a leisurely 12km drive north or pick up supplies from fuel to fishing supplies, milk to wine at the local Beachsands store.
We will allow well behaved pets to come to the property but restrictions will apply. As the floors upstairs are bamboo and mark easily, we ask that pets remain outside. The backyard can be locked up to keep them safe.
