The timber frame beach cottage is decorated in a beachy Hampton’s vibe and is fresh and welcoming. It is a short stroll from Binningup beach and town amenities and is in the perfect location for relaxing.

The small front deck is glorious in the mornings with the sunshine shining in and bird life in the garden. It overlooks the large front lawn which has trees providing privacy from the road. It is equipped with two large timber chairs and a day bed for a lunch time nap or reading in the cool of the shade.

All floors bar the wet areas are polished timber with the bathroom/laundry and loo being tiled. The deck is timber and rear entertaining area is liquid limestone to create a cooler feel.

The bathroom/laundry is neat and spacious with a front loading washing machine and undercover hanging for laundry out the back. Everything is easy care and makes holidaying a breeze. We provide white fluffy bath towels and beach towels also. The loo is separate.
