A lovely mix of country charm and elegance, this waterside retreat has it all.

Are you looking for excellence in waterside Dawesville accommodation? Try Allandale for some of the best luxury accommodation close to Mandurah.

Allandale is a 100-year-old heritage listed cottage situated on an elevated limestone outcrop. Beautifully appointed, it offers splendid 180-degree views out across rolling lawns to the Harvey Estuary and towards Mandurah and south.

The interior styling is exquisite. A lovely mix of country charm and contemporary elegance gives this house its striking appeal. Two separate living areas with sumptuous leather furniture plus beautifully appointed bedrooms are just the beginning.

The house is also equipped with the latest entertainment systems, with an Ipod docking station, wireless connectivity to a Denon sound system and two 42-inch LCD TVs with Blu-Ray DVD players ensuring many hours of entertainment and fun.

Just one hour from Perth, you could be playing tennis on the floodlit court or canoeing or crabbing on the estuary in no time at all. Kids can play for hours on the expansive grounds and trampoline that are within easy sight of the house.

Allandale is also close to the world-class The Cut golf course in Dawesville.

And for those who love the beach, there is a good choice of surf beaches as close as 4km away and some can be accessed via nearby 4WD tracks. In summer, its great to go to the beach early in the morning and retreat back to the leafy protection of Allandale and enjoy the estuary lifestyle with your back to the sea breezes.

Bring your bikes to explore the coastline via scenic bike tracks stretching along the coast from the Dawesville Cut to Mandurah and beyond.

If you own a boat and love fishing, you can launch your boat at the nearby Dawesville boat ramp and anchor it directly in front of the property. If you have the appropriate skills and qualifications, you can also hire boats in Mandurah for the duration of your stay.

With two comfortable living areas, an outdoor BBQ zone and outdoor seating areas under the veranda and within the gardens, this house is very roomy and perfect for active families.

Please note: This property is not available for any type of function including weddings, and unfortunately we do not rent this property during leavers celebrations.

Allandale is an amazing home and property, the rolling lawn to the waters edge was the perfect playgroud for my grand children in our family. I would say it is one of the best holiday homes I have stayed in. My family of 7 that stayed absolutuely enjoyed the property. Allandale is charming throughout, with stunning modern touches. Between the tennis court, home and waterside lcoation there was no need to go anywhere. The veiws were Beautiful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A rare delight. Delightful property for a family break within easy access of Perth. Extremely comfortable, peaceful with stunning views. Expansive well maintained grounds and we enjoyed having the tennis court. Canoed only once as rather windy. Happy to recommend this historical homestead for a relaxing break. We hope to return!
