Description

Olive Waters, Falcon is right on the waterfront of the beautiful Mandurah estuary. It is close to parks, has great views, is walking distance to shops & restaurants, & is 2 minutes from Falcon beach. You’ll find everything you need in this newly built home. It's ideal for couples & families. Great for a quick weekend getaway or a family holiday.

Situated just 10 minutes south of Mandurah this double story house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms each have queen size beds. We provide 1000 thread count cotton sheets and quality lamb's wool duvets.

There is also a double sized sofa bed downstairs. There is also linen provided for the sofa bed. Prior approval to use the sofa bed is required.

Single mattresses for use on the floor are available upon request. Suitable for children.

There are two living areas, one with a 55inch television, DVD player and a selection of DVDs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a coffee machine. Coffee, tea, milo & fresh milk is provided.

Cotton bath towels are provided.

Shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturizer is also supplied.

We also supply swimming towels.

There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board.

There is a double garage for parking with a secure roller door, plus additional parking on site.

Please note that this house is not suitable for parties. It's situated in a residential area and our neighbours must be considered by keeping noise to a minimum.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olive Waters-New Townhouse. Quite location with great outlook & nice walking paths. Close to shops. Unit has a nice layout was lovely & clean with very comfortable beds. Having secure parking was a bonus. Jo has provided so many little touches to ensure her guests are made to feel welcome & at home. Owner's response to any questions was polite & prompt. I will certainly recommend this property to my family & friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fantastic property to stay in My family just enjoyed a fabulous weekend stay in this beautiful home. The owners were very accomodating and they provided us with everything u could possibly want and need for a holiday .... it felt like u were staying in a hotel with luxurious sheets, towels, bathroom products .. choice of movies, internet connection. Everything was modern and new. The location was lovely and the view was gorgeous. Very close to the water and nature. My girls loved using the canoe and stand up board ... a big surprise for them. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING! By far the best property we have ever stayed at. It was immaculate and had anything and everything we needed. The owners really had thought of everything! Only a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go it was also a short walk to Miami Bakehouse and IGA open 5am-11pm!
