This holiday home sleeps 8 guests comfortably in 4 rooms with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 4 single beds(2 in each room) ideal for 4 adults with 4 children. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with the main bedroom air-conditioned.
There are two TV areas so kids can separate from the adults.
The living area has reverse cycle a/c ideal for summer or winter holidays. It consists of a corner lounge suite and a 106cm plasma television also a small meals area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and a grill, a hot plate, microwave oven and dishwasher. Crockery, cooking utensils etc all supplied.
The lounge has seating with a television so the kids can separate from the adults.
The bathroom has a separate bath and shower with a double basin vanity. The toilet leads off from the laundry which houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a playground, basketball hoop and a nature reserve directly across the road.
The backyard is fully fenced and has a Built in BBQ together with an outdoor setting, a bar and bar stools. There is a dart board available for use.
The garden is fully reticulated and grassed with plenty of room for the kids to play. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off the sand and salt and also a fish cleaning area with a sink.
There is plenty of parking for cars and boat.
Pets are welcome upon request.
Just need to supply own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

THINGS TO DO
Avalon Beach is a 10 minute walk where there is a swimming and surfing beach and also a fishing area and sand boat launching area with a 4 x 4 vehicle access Full boat launching facilites at Dawesville (free) and Port Bouvard marina ($8).
Falcon Bay is 5 minutes drive which is another great swimming beach.
The Dawesville Cut is minutes drive which is a well known fishing spot for herring. The estuary is also a minutes drive where you can scoop for crabs during the crabbing season.
There are plenty of dolphin pods around at the moment so it would be worth hiring a boat or booking on the dolphin watching ferry.
For those avid golfers there is also The Dawesville Cut Golf Course 5 mins away, and the Hall Head golf course is 10 mins drive. The Pinjarra golf course is also open to the public to use.
Visit the famous Miami Bakehouse for a quick tasty lunch or indulge in a few drinks and a long lunch at any of the close-by cafes, eateries and restaurants.
Falcon is a comfortable hour drive from Perth and is located 10 kilometres south of Mandurah and Miami Shopping Centre and Bottleshop are close by for supplies.
Mandurah township is a 10 minute drive where there is a cinema, The Performing Arts Centre, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Dolphin Quay is worth a visit for the indoor market place and more eateries on the marina.
$100 deposit to be paid to secure booking by direct transfer if possible. This will be used as a booking fee. Security bond of $500 is to be paid together with balance of fee 28 days before check in. The bond will be refunded within 7 days after checkout providing property is left as you found it.
