The main house has 2 living areas with large secure grassed backyard, Alfresco with barbecue, sink & hot & cold shower outside plus Table Tennis under back patio area.
4 bedrooms each with a queen bed.Two of the bedrooms also have 2 single beds. That is 8 beds plus a queen sofa in each of the 2 living areas and several mattresses stored in laundry. Plasma TV DVD, dishwasher and 2 fridges one inside & one outside.
UNIT 1 directly next door has 2 bedrooms both with a queen bed plus a queen sofa in living area, spa bath, air con, plasma TV, undercover patio with barbecue and fully self contained kitchen.
UNIT 2 has 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, undercover patio, secure rear garden, air con, plasma tv in living dining & fully self contained kitchen. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS TAGGED UNIT TWO.
Leave the car in the driveway. Town Beach across the road. Upmarket & casual dining at Marina & Town Boardwalk. Five minute stroll to Silver Sands supermarket, newsagents, shops & tavern with well priced meals.
We appreciate and expect all visitors staying at our properties to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after midnight.

Dogs are welcome by negotiation and many beaches within the City of Mandurah are dog friendly where no leash is needed. The beach across the road is dog friendly. We expect animals to be kept outside and all properties have undercover areas to keep your pets dry and safe.
