Our unit is centrally located in Mandurah. It's a 10-minute stroll to the restaurant strip and foreshore. It's spacious and fully furnished with hotel inspired design, including all the modern amenities you would expect.
The private jetty can accommodate an +8m boat. There is free unlimited NBN Wi-Fi internet, 3 TV's and air conditioning. Feel free to borrow our 2 kayaks, bikes, fishing rods and crab net for your enjoyment.

There is bedding for eight in 3 separate upstairs bedrooms. The bedding includes 2 rooms with queen beds and the third room with two king singles and a sofa bed. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The downstairs lounge/dining room and upstairs main bedroom are air conditioned. There are ceiling fans in the two alternate bedrooms.
There is a private patio area off the main bedroom if you feel like getting away for some rest and relaxation.
The property has its own single garage and a parking bay within the complex. Additional parking is available just outside.
The townhouse is in a fantastic location opening directly onto the canal, Walk out the door for a swim, fish or step directly onto your boat. However, guests need to consider and be aware as with most canal properties that additional supervision of children or those unaware of the dangers of deep water are required.
Our neighbours are our friends. No parties or schoolies and the normal Stayz conditions of use apply. Please do not book if this is your intention as we do not like to disappoint. Noise carries far over the canals and needs to be limited especially after 10:00 pm.
