Applecross Townhouse is a quality property in the heart of Applecross, near the vibrant Applecross Village. it is spotlessly maintained and managed by the owner. Nicely located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, it looks onto a small park.. Nearby shops, cafes. gourmet deli etc in the Applecross Village make daily shopping a breeze, and there are many dining options. Bus and train services are nearby.

The enclosed courtyard and stair guard ensure a "worry-free" place for families with young children, and an ideal base for anyone to stay in beautiful Perth. It is also a great location for people on business in Perth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property We had such a wonderful time -2 of our 3 children live in Perth as well as our 3 year old granddaughter .The house is so child friendly with toys and books and secure outside area . The location of the house meant we could have her to sleep over while giving her parents a break -a win win .A great location so close to the shops -good coffee shop ,walking along the river front 2mins away and bikes to use -fantastic All in all a great experience thanks to the very thoughtful facilties

We spent twelve enjoyable days here, loved the location near the river and the village. The house is very well equipped, the beds comfortable and had all amenities we needed. Thanks to Helen for her thought and care that made our stay very special.

We recently stayed here while our so recovered from surgery, the hous was in the perfect location for us, close to hospital's and the city for us to explore. We thouroughly enjoyed our time here and will definately be staying again. The owners are so accomodating and caring and have everything in the house you could need. The beach is a five minute walk away as well as heathcote pirate ship kids playground which our son loved!
