We offer a beautiful townhouse where everything is provided to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Whether you are travelling to Perth for business or pleasure Applecross is an idyllic location with a bustling village atmosphere, wonderful parks, including Heathcote Reserve with its breathtaking river views and amazing children's playground and the river on your doorstep.
River walks are a must! A short two minute walk from The Sanctuary is the beautiful Swan River, enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset or enjoy the spectacular sight of the kite surfers making the most of the afternoon sea breeze. You can even take some kite surfing lessons while you are here! We provide beach towels, cricket set, picnic blanket and even buckets and spades so you and the family can enjoy the child friendly shallow water and beaches of the river. Dolphins and black swans are seen on a daily basis!
Applecross village, a 2 minute drive or less then a ten minute walk from the townhouse offers coffee shops, restaurants, a gourmet supermarket and interesting shops to browse. Garden City and the Risely Street precinct offer a huge range of the well known high street stores, supermarkets and restaurants. All less than ten minutes by car from your front door.
The house is comfortable with a lush, green, private tropical garden. Have a barbecue or just relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture. Books, toys, lego, DVD player with a range of movies and Wii are provided, so every member of your family is entertained!
