Description

FIRST THING OUR GUESTS ALWAYS SAY WHEN THEY CHECK IN - "WOW IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES"

Bella Villa is a truly comfortable space best suited to 2 adults but able to sleep 4 comfortably. All furnishings are of a high standard with comfort and style showing consistently.

BEDROOMS - consists of 2 bedrooms - both with Queen size very comfortable pillow top beds with nice crisp linen and warm cosy blankets.

The main bedroom has a walk in robe whilst the second bedroom is smaller with ample hanging space in the wardrobe.

The main bedroom is Air conditioned whilst the second smaller bedroom is equipped with a pedestal fan - however the AC from the lounge area cools this room if door left open.

THERE IS NO ROOM FOR A TRAVEL COT SO UNLESS BABIES SLEEP WITH PARENTS OR CAN SLEEP IN QUEEN SIZE BED THEY CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED

BATHROOM - there is one bathroom which has just been renovated to a very high standard - this includes a frameless glass shower, toilet and vanity.

LAUNDRY - the laundry appliances include fully automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also found in the bathroom. This room has sliding glass doors to the back patio area of the property.

LIVING AREA - the large living area consists of a very comfortable L shaped lounge with large plasma TV and a hard disc recorder so you can sit back and choose from the libary of DVDs or record your favourite TV show. Plus a Ipod docking radio.

The dining setting seats four.

KITCHEN - the dining area leads into the brand new kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The villa has 2 reverse cycle air conditioners - one in the main living area and the other in the main bedroom.

OUTDOOR AREAS - the outdoor areas at Bella Villa are very secure and private - with a paved back area perfect for sitting in the sun and enjoying your morning coffee.

The front area has a large gate securing the property from the street - a Balinese gazebo is found over the timber decking area where there is a very comfortable outdoor seating area and a built in barbecue. This area if perfect for entertaining friends and family during your stay.

Bella Villa is close to a variety of restaurants and cafes and is only 5 minutes drive to the shopping mecca Garden City. With Fremantle and the coastal beaches only 10 minutes to the west you will find yourself loving the location of Bella Villa.

Public transport is a 2 minute walk away on Canning Highway and gives you direct access to either Fremantle or the CBD.

Secure parking, free wireless internet, great comfortable bed,brand new kitchen inc a dishwasher, brand new bathroom and nice comfy couches with a plasma TV make your stay extremely pleasant - you will want to return Book now for comfort and location

Local shops and cafes are 10 minute walk away and large supermarket about 5 minute drive.

The massive Garden City Shopping Centre complex is approximately 5 minutes drive away - this complex contains cinemas, restaurants, cafes, heaps of shops, medical centres, massage places, hairdressers, chemists etc etc

Our property is extremely popular so we recommend you book well in advance - we ourselves travel a great deal so we have tried our hardest to make Bella Villa as comfortable and as fully equipped with all the little things you need when travelling so you don't have to rush out and buy stuff you don't really need Everyone always comments on how our property looks just like the photos on the web site - you can rest assured what you are seeing in the pictures is exactly what you will see when you arrive. The beds are very comfortable and the property very quiet so you will definitely sleep well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Since having our son, my parents regularly visit us from the UK and Bella Villa was a gem of a find for them to stay in. Location is great as it is close to us, but also pretty much halfway between Perth and Fremantle and close to the south-bound freeway and Stock Road in order to head down south. The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed, but the best thing was the privacy which is not often the case with similar villa units. We will definitely be looking to rent again in the future. Many thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice well maintained property This is an ideal property for young couples or for couples with very young children. Heather was thoughtful to leave a few things for our early morning arrival like milk, Tim Tams, fruits and even a bottle of wine. Kids loved the board games that were available. All furniture and fittings were in prime working order and we really enjoyed our time in Bella Villa. Wish we could have stayed longer than the 12 nights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unit is very well presented. Lovely gazebo and BBQ area out the front. Quiet location, yet still close to public transport to Perth city and Fremantle.Also had lovely meals at 2 restaurants within easy walking distance of the unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This place is amazing!! We stayed here for a week and I wanted to never leave. Great location and in a lovely area/neighbourhood. The unit is beautifully clean and tidy and has been done up nicely and feels very homely. Everything you could possibly need is there. A big thanks to Heather, she was such a pleasure to do business with.
