All guests have full private access to the house which includes 2 x bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry, large patio and private garden.
Breakfast is included in all bookings, - please help yourself to the fresh continental style breakfast items in the kitchen. Please let me know if you have any special requests.

Two separate bedrooms, the first with a queen sized bed, the second bedroom with a queen sized bed plus a bunk bed.
All bedrooms contain a comfortable queen sized bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, lamp, clock radio, and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Bedding and towels are also included.
In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, microwave, stove and oven etc, the pantry holds a selection of tea, coffee, sugar, oil, there is also milk and butter in the fridge.
There is a dining area leading off the kitchen, and a lounge area with a sofa that folds out into a double bed, TV, and DVD player, air-conditioner, and small stereo.
The neighbourhood is very friendly, and very central to Perth City, Perth Airport, Mt Lawley Beaufort St cafe and restaurant strip, Maylands cafe strip, Historic Guildford Town Centre, the Swan Valley, the Swan River, and of course Bayswater Town Centre and cafe strip, and local parks.
The house is approximately 6.5kms from the Perth CBD. You can drive to the city from the house which will take approx. 15-20 minutes, however during peak hour traffic, this can take up to 30-40 minutes. The fastest route is through the Graeme Farmer Tunnel. You can also take the train into the City. The train station is less than 5 minutes’ walk, and the train goes directly to Perth City in around 12 minutes.
Public transport is very easily accessible near the house. The train station is less than 5 minutes’ walk, which takes you into the City, and from there anywhere around Perth. There are also a number of busses directly opposite the train station, or on King William Road. These also take you into Fremantle, or to the Morley Galleria which is the closest, large shopping mall, and again approximately only 10-15 minutes away.
There is parking available at the house for two cars, and this is included in the rate. The space is secured with an automatic, lockup garage door.
There are a number of shops and cafes within walking distance of the house, in the direction of the train station. These include; a Fish & Chip shop, a gourmet cheese shop, and at least three cafes, a small IGA supermarket, a liquor store, a chemist, a Post Office, a bakery, a beauty/hair salon, a computer shop, a yoga gym/hall, a fresh fruit & vegetable shop and more These are closer than the train station, so definitely less than a 5 minute walk.
If you catch the train only two stops away is the Maylands Cafe strip, which has many more cafes, a Japanese restaurant/take away, wine bar, a dance studio, a gourmet deli, boutique gift stores and clothing stores, another beauty salon, a gourmet butcher, Post Office, a kitchenware shop, a second-hand book store, another small IGA supermarket, a pizza shop, a fruit & vegetable shop, and much more
The house is very central to everything you might want to see and do in Perth, and the perfect place to use a hub while you visit everything Perth has to offer. The house is very comfortable, and has everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
