Daves Art House is a modern property, filled with original artwork. It is a two story property located close to Perth City central 4kms, 20 minutes drive to wineries in the Swan Valley, wildlife parks and Perths amazing beaches. Perth Aiport is conveneneintly located just a short 15 minute drive . It is ideally Bayswater is a well established inner city suburb with plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance of the property. Public transport, trains and buses are close by too.

The Guest Suite is super comfortable. Queen Bed with 1000TC linens, Duck Feather Duvet and a private ensuite bathroom.

Guests can enjoy as much privacy as they wish.

Guest can also enjoy other facilities at the property including a theatre room with big screen, full equipped modern kitchen with top of the range appliances, open plan living area with comfortable furniture, an outdoor deck area with city skyline views and a fully equipped laundry. Of course theres lots of art to look at as I am an artist and work at the property.
