The flat can accommodate three people. The bedroom has two king single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living area for another guest.
Linen and towels are provided.

This well appointed flat has a kitchen complete with all utensils, fridge/freezer, electric cooktop and convection microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine. There is a dedicated clothes line outside.

Canning Vale is a quiet, leafy suburb with many parks. There is a greenbelt nearby for walkers and cyclists. A large shopping center and fast food outlets are 1 km away.
PARKING AND ACCESS
There is a dedicated off-street parking bay. Access is through a private gate to a separate entrance. There is a door in the living area to the main house that is locked and sealed with no possible access from the main house.
Perth International Airport domestic and international is 25 minutes away by car.
The CBD of Perth and the waterfront of Fremantle are both approx 25 minutes away by car. There is a bus that runs during weekdays just a few meters up the road - it runs between Murdoch and Armadale Stations.
