You will enjoy a beautifully upgraded Master bedroom, with new Queen size bed and matress overlooking the Northern courtyard. Reverse cycle airconditioner and ceiling fan.
A Private modern Ensuite with toiletries provided. A downstairs loungeroom/sitting room for guest use is well equipped with TV, reclining lounge chairs and adjoin breakfast/meal bar area with Kettle, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. This opens out to the tranquil north facing garden with motorised retractable shade roof. From the garden area you have your own optional entry via the wooden garden gate.
You are welcome to use the swimming pool and lounge on the pool deck, which overlooks beautiful parkland at the rear of the property.
The accommodation is within a family home, but maintains its own independent living zones, with your own key entry and Wifi. We are available to assist our guests with travel tips and local tourist advice if required. Some maps of the local area are provided.
Laundry facilities provided upon request. Miele washing machine and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Public transport by bus is a short 5-10 minute walk away, giving access to Perth city and surrounding areas.
You are spoilt for choice if you enjoy cycling with good cycle paths along the beachfront and into the city. Being avid cyclists ourselves we are very happy to assist you with cycling info. Local bike hire is nearby in Scarborough.
Parking is Free and street front outside the property.
