Two pool houses and a mains gas BBQ will provide outdoor living all year round.
We welcome a maximum of 6 people 4 adults including singles, couples, groups and families with children aged 6yrs and above.
The entry leads to a lounge room with TV and gas heater which flows around to the dining room, office and huge kitchen.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make cooking easy and enjoyable: Pots, pans, wok, cookware, bakeware, electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware, plasticware for eating and drinking poolside tea, coffee etc etc
Huge gas oven, dishwasher, high end stainless steel fridge with water filter/ice maker and wall mounted TV. Help yourself to whatever ingredients are available in the fridge and pantry.
Laundry contains washing machine, dryer, ironing board/iron, cleaning equipment.
Bed 1: Queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, study desks and chair, large built in wardrobe, wall mounted TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, sliding door which leads onto the back deck.
Bed 2: Single bed, bedside table and lamp, study desk and chair, reverse cycle air conditioning and built in wardrobe.
Bed 3: Queen bed, 2 bed side tables, 2 lamps, study desk and chair, reverse cycle air conditioning and large walk in wardrobe.
Single bed mattress stored in the wardrobe of this room if required. please indicate on booking
A large modern bathroom has a double sink, double shower and toilet.
The master bedroom, kitchen and laundry all have doors that lead onto the back deck, pool and entertaining area with a mains connected gas BBQ
pool and grounds will be maintained as required during your stay
WE SUPPLY: sheets, pillows, pillowcases, doonas duvets, bath towels, pool towels, bath mats, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, hair-dryer, soap, laundry liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, tea towels.
Washer and dryer/clothes line is available should you choose to wash linen or your personal items during a longer stay.
Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard with the exception of a private fenced off apartment at the rear of the property. see photo of site plan This apartment has no common walls to the main house, separate rear access and houses a single occupant/caretaker who will give you exclusive use of the pool and outdoor areas during your stay.
Check in is from 12noon. If possible you will be met at the house and given a quick tour. If not, check in is very easy and arrangements will be made via messaging for a self check in. If you need to check in after 8pm this can also be arranged, please communicate this upon booking. As we live in the next suburb someone will always be available to assist you during your stay.
Plenty of free parking is available either on the verge, the street, or off road in the driveway.
While the pool is solar heater, it's not a very hot pool in winter, depends on the sun each day.

Please read and agree to the following House Rules before making a booking request:
•The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people including children with a maximum of 4 adults. Only registered guests as named in the booking will be permitted to enter the property.
•We welcome families with children aged 6yrs and above. Strict supervision/behaviour control of children is required at all times, especially in the pool area.
•NO SMOKING or burning candles inside or on the back deck. If you smoke, please do so either in the pool area where there are 2 covered pool houses or go for a walk away from the main house extinguish fully and put in bin.
•No glass in the pool area please, plenty of plasticware provided.
•Be respectful of the quiet neighbourhood by having no loud music or noise after 10pm.
•Please dispose of rubbish using the 3 bin council recycling system. RED bin general waste, YELLOW bin for recycling and GREEN bin for garden waste.
•Please help conserve water and power by having short showers and turning off lights and Air Conditioners while not in the room. A/C's work quickly and effectively if used correctly. Don't set extreme high or low temperatures and Do close all doors/windows of the bedroom. Owners may enter the house to turn off A/C if found to be left on while guests are out.
•Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. dishes and utensils washed and returned to cupboards, heavy spills wiped/mopped up, rubbish in bins, personal items removed
•At the end of your stay leave beds unmade and used towels on the bathroom floor.
•If there are any damages, complaints or concerns that occur during your stay, please message us straight away so that we are able to attend to them as soon as possible.
