Description

Como House offers superior B&B accommodation with your own private entrance, free parking and Wi-Fi.

We have available 3 bedrooms as follows:

Executive Room $120 per night: Air conditioned room with King size bed, private bathroom and your own kitchenette. The bedroom is very large giving plenty of space for relaxing, with LED flat screen TV, DVD player, leather couch and breakfast table in the bay window with views to the avenue. This bedroom has its own front door.

For an extra cost of $50 per person per night, we have available an adjoining second king or twin bedroom with wardrobe. Children under 2 yrs are not charged if their age is stated in the enquiry.

Garden View Room: For $120 per night, a third king or twin bedroom overlooking the garden with its own ensuite. This large room has TV/DVD, free Wifi and its own bathroom with vanity, mirror, shower and a separate bath.

A fresh continental breakfast is complimentary each day and you have the kitchenette available at any time for refreshments. A fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle is provided.

Each bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet, a hair dryer and soft fluffy towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Como is the perfect location for visitors to Perth for sporting events, business or vacation. Curtin University, Technology Park, Hockey stadium and Penrhos College are just around the corner. It offers easy access to the Port of Fremantle for connecting with cruise ships, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, Perth Arena for concerts and sporting events, and Crown Casino and Perth airports.

Within walking distance is The Como Hotel and local shops, the art deco style Cygnet Cinema, and Como Beach with both walking and cycling paths along the picturesque Swan River.

Perth Airport is 17km away, the "must see" King`s Park is a short drive and the beautiful Swan Valley with its great selection of wineries, breweries and boutique food and produce outlets is only 20km.

Collier Public Golf Course is 1km and Royal Perth Golf Club and Perth Zoo with all its attractions is only 2.8 km.

If you prefer public transport, there are 2 bus routes nearby offering frequent bus services to Perth and Fremantle with its harbour and a multitude of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and Taverns. Garden City Shopping Centre is easily accessible by bus. Also nearby is Canning Bridge train station offering transport to Perth and seaside Mandurah.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property Beautifully decorated B & B. Bedroom was huge I wanted to take the bed home with me, so comfy. Also excellent kitchen and bathroom also very roomy. 5 star as far as we are concerned and would stay there again. Also lovely hosts P.S Loved the Pane De Casa for breakfast in the morning along with other goodies. Thanks again! :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thoughtful host, lovely place. Clean. Comfortable. Love the small touches. Yummy muffin and ferrero on arrival. Towel for baby even though she's not charged. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Only downside is the alarm keypad blue light is quite bright after lights out. Though on the second night we were already used to it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic property The unit was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. I stayed there when it was 40 degrees in Perth at the time and the room was cool the air conditioning room temperature comfortable. Kate provided a wonderful breakfast each day and there was nothing that was too much trouble. Very kind and considerate hosts. I enjoyed my stay and will return whenever I need accommodation in Perth again.
