Only 2 kilometres to the popular Cottesloe beach and the beautiful banks of the Swan river. Historic Fremantle is six minutes by train. Fremantle has a vast range of attractions, theatres, restaurants, maritime museum and lots of cafe's. Perth city is twenty minutes by train and it's only six minutes to the ferries of Rottnest Island. Mosman Park itself has a lot to offer with a range of restaurants, shops and an open air theatre. Two large supermarkets are 500metres away and the trendy Napolean street full of cafes and boutique shopping is a ten minute walk or 3 minutes by car. A perfect location!!
