Situated across the road from North Cottesloe beach.

Accommodation is for up to six people

-Bunks in second bedroom

-Queen sofabed with luxury latex mattress and commercial grade trampoline base in third bedroom or study.

-Cot available

Secure parking -undercover parking in enclosure at the back of the building.

Two courtyards- front courtyard has garden, paving, French table and chairs and new Weber Q barbecue overlooking the ocean.

The apartment is furnished with French antiques. It is light-filled and spacious.

-Reverse cycle air-conditioning in living area and bedrooms

-81cm LCD Television, video, dvd, etc. in living area

-Wireless internet available

-Small LCD television with inbuilt DVD player in main bedroom.

-AEG Dishwasher.

-Panasonic Microwave.

-Excellent cooking facilities, new AEG oven and cooktop, large french doored fridge, crockery, cutlery, utensils, appliances.

-Bosch washing machine. Iron and ironing board

-Queen electric blanket main bedroom

-The bathroom is ensuited to the main bedroom with other access from hallway

-Separate toilet next to laundry

-Crisp cotton bed linen is provided, as are bath sheets and towels.

-Beach towels are not provided -can be arranged.

Cleaning can be arranged.

A short walk to numerous cafes, restaurants and hotels along the oceanfront. Across the road from an Internet cafe. Eric Street Shopping centre Supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, fashion, and health club is two blocks away. Tennis and golf clubs are within five minutes walk. A regular bus service runs along Eric Street. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grant Street railway station. Claremont's Bayview Terrace and Cottesloe's Napoleon Street a couple of minutes away by car. Perth city and Fremantle are both around 10 minutes away by car.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic position! Excellent position, excellent facilities, great to have condiments, samples of tea and coffee. Five minutes walk to IGA supermarkets 15 minutes walk to Cottesloe station. Best of all five minutes walk to North Cottesloe Beach. Surr is refreshing but not freezing like Melbourne water in September! Two negatives: dishwasher quite temperamental, Wi-Fi poor. That we had no Internet connection, at the price for Number 1 Century Cove, is very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent property My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Cottesloe and the apartment was superb in every respect. Convenient for beach, cafes and food stores. Railway station was walking distance from appartment and it was easy to commute to Perth, Fremantle etc... I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 , as we could not get any signal for wifi in appartment.
