Description

This stunning single-storey house is ideally located between the gorgeous Cottesloe beaches and the Swan River in Mosman Park.

The house is within walking distance of Mosman Park train station where you can catch trains to both Perth City and Fremantle. Local shops including a Supermarket, Post Office, Hair Dresser, Cafe, Restaurant etc and are all within 5 minutes walking distance.

The property comprises three bedrooms consisting of two Queen sized beds and one Double. There are two bathrooms, one being en-suite to the master bedroom which also incorporates plenty of wardrobe space. The separate family bathroom also includes a bath and separate shower.

There are two separate living areas, a kitchen/dining area, a separate cloakroom, a laundry and an outside entertaining area complete with BBQ.

The house is stylishly finished with new furniture, linen, equipment etc

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect stay! Perfect house for our family holiday. Clean, neat and tidy in a beautiful and central location. Ken the host was lovely and even stocked the fridge with bread, milk, juice etc. Will defiantly be back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely older style house So clean and well furnished. Suited our needs with dogs and all our friends in the area. Shops all convenient, dogs parks everywhere. House was not cluttered so easy to live in. Ken host explained all workings and did not intrude during our stay. Basics such as milk and bread coffee etc all there on arrival. Will recommend to our family when needing accommodation in Perth as it is so central.Thanks it was great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning Property! Amazing stay at One on Jameson. The house has a very positive vibe, nicely decorated & located in a nice neighborhood. Very nice touch by the owners for providing the welcome pkg of bread/juice/milk/coffee/tea/wine. Good bed linens, towels, pillows & bedding. Everything was just PERFECT! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic property Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, the house is located only minutes from Cottesloe Beach. Very tasteful renovation with modern fittings. Convenient location to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping precincts. Very clean and comfortable. Ample space for afamily of 5 (2 adults and 3 active children). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
