The kitchen has an induction cooktop, rangehood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The breakfast bar with stools houses a collection of crockery and glassware and pots, pans, cutlery and other cooking essentials are provided. Basic pantry items are stocked.
The combined bathroom and laundry is spacious and includes a laundry trough and front loading washing machine. The toilet is seperate. There is a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board in the cupboard in the hall.
All linens and towels are provided.
A covered car parking bay is available for your car and there is plenty of free parking available on the street outside the apartment.
No car? No problem There are bus stops down the street and it is a short walk to the train station on the Perth-Fremantle line.

The apartment is on the third floor of a small, quiet complex and is reached by several short flights of stairs. There is no elevator and the apartment may not be suitable for those who find stairs difficult or for very young children.
