You will be renting the whole house including : - fully fenced video security front play area with synthetic grass and covered table tennis plus the back outdoor entertaining area with fully glass fenced Outdoor Spa (seasonal), table setting, outdoor lounge with chairs and covered BBQ for your entertaining. There is also a double garage and driveway parking for a further 2 cars.
Within the house, there is a very large master bedroom which has a small windowed room off it - which is a huge walk in dressing room that is far too big for holiday makers. So this can be set up as a Nursery with a Cot - conveniently next to the master bedroom, near power for a baby monitor and with a door if you wish to close it. Please ask for this to be provided.
When you make your booking it is essential to tell us how many guests and the configuration because apart from the permanent beds in the rooms - we can provide floor mattresses, cott, portacot etc to accommodate more people if required.
PLEASE NOTE There will only be the number of beds you book for in the house to keep control of numbers - so your honesty is required. Thank you :)
Please enquire about anything that is not detailed on this listing or if you want to discuss price, number of guests, length of booking etc. The configuration of rooms are detailed but the additional floor mattresses can be placed anywhere to suit your requirements.
In terms of closed off rooms/bedrooms - there are 6 of them. One is set up as a separate and additional lounge area but there is plenty of room for floor mattresses and the nursery as mentioned above. The others are normal bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ensuites - the master has double vanity sinks, a double shower, toilet, bidet and bath tub. The other ensuite has a shower and a sink and a door that goes through to a separate toilet - which can also be accessed by the family area. The other bathroom is upstairs in between the two other rooms that both have double beds and bunkbeds in them. This bathroom has double vanity basins, toilet, shower and bath tub.

We are 5 minutes from Loch Street Station, 6 minutes from Karrakatta Station on the Perth City to Fremantle Line. 100 meters from bus stops taking you to all the local areas. 2km to Claremont local shopping mall. 5km to Cottesloe & City Beaches. 1km to Claremont Public Swimming Pool. Approximately 30 minutes from Perth's Airports. Across the road we have a parade of shops offering a Deli for hot and cold food and essentials, post office, cafe offering breakfast snacks, bottleshop, Doctors and a Dentist.
