The house

The house has 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with furnishings selected with great care to maximise the ambient feel of the house. Every comfort of the home has been offered; wireless broadband, digital TV and DVD player, stereo, air con, dishwasher, BBQ, washer/ dryer even an expresso maker!

The outdoor patio is a quiet and private setting to enjoy balmy summer evenings a soothing respite from a hard day's work or sightseeing.

There is a private offstreet parking for 2 cars with automatic rollerdoors for peace of mind.

The area

Mosman Park is one of Perth's most pleasant suburbs, on a narrow strip of land with Mosman Bay in the Swan River as its eastern border and the city beaches defining the western boundary. To the east of the Stirling Highway, about 14 kilometres south-west of Perth's CBD,. Popular Cottesloe Beach is just a kilometre or so from the centre of Mosman Park and the great port city of Fremantle, with some of Australia most interesting restaurants and watering holes, is just 3 kilometres down the road.

Located in a lovely neighbourhood with all facilities close at hand, you can stroll down to the river in 10 minutes or drive into Perth City centre and King's Park in 10 minutes.

Modern and stylish, comfortable, the house is furnished tastefully and comfortably.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well-equipped and very comfortable This property is well-located walking distance to shops, cafes restaurants and train and bus routes into Perth or Freo. Beaches are also very close. The unit is large and secure and very clean and tidy. It has all the amenities required and our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage kids had plenty of room and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone seeking an alternative to the bland hotel experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable, impeccably clean house close to all ameneties. Supermarkets and restaurants are virtually on the doorstep yet the neighbourhood is very peaceful. Having broadband access included was a great plus. Hope to stay next time I'm in Perth.
