The whole double storey house including fully fenced video security front play area with synthetic grass plus the back outdoor entertaining area with fully glass fenced Outdoor Spa, table setting, outdoor lounge with chairs. There is also a driveway catering for 2 cars. There are areas within local streets where you can park free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE:- You will only be provided with and have access to the number of beds, linen and towels based on the number of people you have booked for - rooms may be locked for smaller number of guests occupying the house.
ROOMS CONSIST OF SECOND FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM on the second floor with king bed - room/wardrobe off of this room has a window and a door. Next to power for a baby monitor - this is equipped with a cot and can be used as a Nursery conveniently situation next to the master bedroom. We also have a high chair. The ensuite has a bath tub, double shower, toilet & bidet and double vanity sinks.
The GUEST ROOM on the ground floor also has an ensuite and a queen bed and sliding robe. The ensuite has a shower and vanity - adjoining this is a door with another vanity and toilet which can also be accessed by the family room.
SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS 3 & 4 both have a double bed and a set of bunk beds, sleeping 4 in each room. Ideal for children boys and girls rooms. In the middle of these rooms is a bathroom with a bath tub, shower, toilet and double vanities.
There is also on the GROUND FLOOR a SEPARATE LOUNGE ROOM that is set up as a lounge with a plasma on the wall - sofa bed to sleep 2 and a separate double bed to the side to sleep a further 2. This room has a closing door and can access the other bathroom on the ground floor.
ADDITIONALLY - We also have available - single sized, good quality, thick foam floor mattresses that can be placed anywhere in the house for extra guests, adults or children.
When you make your booking it is essential to tell us how many guests and the configuration because apart from the permanent beds in the rooms - we can provide floor mattresses, Portacot etc to accommodate more people. Sleeps 16 people in permanent beds plus an additional 2 on floor mattresses.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I live locally and can meet you on your arrival and can be contacted throughout your stay if there are any issues that need attending too. If you are arriving late at night/early morning we have a key storage place for easy check in.
We are close to everything. Very central yet in one of Perth's most prestigious, affluent areas with the bus and train line within minutes.
Bus stop 100m away linking to all local places of interest. Train station 5 minute walk which is the Perth City to Fremantle line.

We provide a 10 discount on your whole stay. We can provide a cleaner at an additional cost. With regards to food and deliveries - locally there are many places that provide takeaway delivery service.
