Free on-road parking is available, there is usually always a parking spot out the front of the house and I put a parking cone on the road to save you a spot.
The house is strictly non-smoking inside and outside. We thank you for respecting this.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area, quiet time outside after 10pm.
GUEST ACCESS AND INTERACTION
You will have full access to the entire house, it’s all yours Setup specifically for Airbnb, this house is not occupied by the owner and there is a key lock box.
We live in the neighbourhood so are available via phone or sms if guests require assistance or advice on things to do.
We will of course be available through Airbnb at all times before and during your stay.
