Welcome to our townhouse on the swan river.

No smoking on the property and no pets.

Wifi, TV with DVD player, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air-conditioning, heating,parking and swimming pool

A modern kitchen with all the amenities for cooking yourself a feast.

The living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling windows with lovely views of the swan river. Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite shower & toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds with lots of space. The second bathroom is a shower, bath & sink with the toilet between the main floor & upstairs.

The main floor Kitchen, dinning room & lounge are all on the main floor which leads from the small garden and the front gate.

The house is not great for disabled persons or toddlers due to the stairs leading upstairs & downstairs to laundry & carport.

The units are in a locked safe community with access to the road via the unit front gate (parking in front) or the secured parking underneath the townhouse.

A pool is available for all residents which is accessible from the laundry & parking bay. Pool towels are in the laundry.

Two bikes, helmets & locks are available for you to wonder along the lovely riverside bike trail.

A BBQ is available in the garden for your use along with outdoor seating & dishes etc.

Many attractions close by:

Banks Reserve: Follow Joel Tce to the reserve for river access and picnic area. A cooler with picnic dishes are available for your use.

Transport, Resturants & Groceries: see maps in the unit

Buses on Guildford Rd (5min walk up Mitchell St past the hospital) all go into the city & are very frequent.

Railway Station “East Perth” (10 min walk - follow Joel Tce to Bramall St., go to East Parade, use walkover to get to the station); “Mt. Lawley” Station 10 min walk south along Guildford Rd, then follow bike path along Whatley Cres).

Airport: Go right on Guildford Rd (east) until you reach Tonkin Hwy (about 5 km) then follow the signs to the airport.

Cafe Strip: Beaufort St (15 min walk same as Mt Lawley Station then crossover to 1st Ave); Maylands (Eighth Ave) Cafes & shopping.

Groceries IGA (20 min walk to Beaufort St) or Coles in Maylands (2ks - 25min walk Nth East on Guildford Rd).
