Description

We are located in the heart of Fremantle City centre. No need for a car - walk, ride a bike, hire a scooter, catch a free Cat bus or walk to the Rottnest ferry terminal. If you do have a car, we have free parking for one vehicle. Our car park is at the rear of the complex on Josephson Street. PHOTO ID required at check in. Please click read more below

This is a fully equipped, one bedroom, apartment with ensuite shower, toilet and basin, separate lounge and well equipped kitchen. It has a quality, queen size bed. Maximum 2 adults. Our tariff is inclusive. NO HIDDEN CLEANING FEES etc. We also do discounts for bookings of more than 8 nights and we are happy to negotiate corporate and business bookings.

We meet and greet all of our guests, with the keys, at the apartment complex, so NO MESSY KEY PICK UP OR DROP OFF in other suburbs. We demonstrate the building and car park secutiry and then show you to your apartment.

This property has REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING, it is a NON-SMOKING property and has many little comforts.

CHILDREN: We are so sorry, under Fremantle City Council rules relating to our registration, we CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN UNDER 16 years. Two adults maximum. Guests who break this rule risk being turned away at check in without refund.

This apartment is located on the 5th floor of the tallest building in the city centre. Two lifts take you to your floor. Both balconies, front and rear, are open so you can watch ships coming and going within the working port.

The apartment is within walking distance of Fremantle's 'Cappuccino Strip', popular pubs and micro breweries including Little Creatures, conference venues, movie theatres, weekend markets, fishing boat harbour restaurants and loads of other entertainment facilities. On your doorstep you will find The Loft Cafe on Adelaide Street serving delicious Thai food at very reasonable cafe prices. Around the corner on Point Street the Vivisen will tempt you with delightful, contemporary Chinese food with a modern twist. A 7 Eleven convenience store is also located nearby.

You can see the Target department storeand Coles supermarket from the balconies. Centrally located in the heart of Fremantle's business district, this apartment is situated near most major banks, ATMs, trusted money changers and a very reliable tourist information centre. Close to Fremantle hospital and Notre Dame University. Fremantle public golf course is also only minutes away by car.

Only a few minutes walk to the Rottnest ferry terminal, aquatic centre, art museum, Old Fremantle Jail now a museum, High Street shopping mall, tourist tram, the Round House, Maritime museum, E-Shed weekend markets, Fishing Boat Harbour, internet cafes and mobile phone stores.

Just a short stroll 500 meters to trains and buses that connect to the Perth CBD. A free 'CAT' buses run regularly within the Fremantle city area and these buses include free transport to many popular Fremantle tourist destinations. The nearset stop is 200 meters from this apartment. St Patrick's Catholic Church is within walking distance as is St John's Anglican Church.

The apartment is located in a large residential block and therefore, it should be noted, that guests will need to be mindful of their neighbours, keeping noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm.

A coin operated, communal laundry is located on site, on the ground floor.

If you are coming from Perth airport by cab, ask the driver to take you to Fremantle via Tonkin and Leach Highways. This is the most direct route. The jouney is 30kms and should cost AU$70-$75 up to $80 on Sunday and public holidays.

This is STRICTLY a NON-SMOKING property. Extra cleaning fees of $100 apply to guests who ignore this rule. Once your booking is confirmed it is assumed by the owners that you agree to this specific condition of your stay.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flat White we found Flat White to be very comfortable, well equipped and very close to the centre of town without being too close and would have no hesitation to recommend a stay there and will stay there when returning to this area again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable but noisy Jill and Andrew were friendly, thoughtful hosts. The apartment was centrally located and contained all that we needed, except WiFi, which was more of a problem than we had anticipated. The DVD player was not in sinc with the hand held cable device, making it difficult to watch videos. We appreciated the secure parking available on site. This building is undergoing renovations of the natural gas lines. The noise and vibrations of drilling into the brick walls was a disruption in our stay, to the point where we had to leave the apartment at times. We would have appreciated knowing this noise was a possibility during our stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Location, flexibility and convenience! This apartment is in an excellent position, very close to shops, attractions and transport in Fremantle. Even better is that the bed is so comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped to enable self-catering and preparing a wide range of meals. Jill and Andrew were wonderful in showing us around the apartment, parking and building access. I'd highly recommend this property and am looking forward to returning on a future visit to Perth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly rcommended Jill met us at the ship and took us home where we met Andrew. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a helpful introduction to the flat and to Fremantle. They gave us a warm welcome. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay
