Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great location, great apartment I was hesitant to book this apartment because of earlier reviews. But the new manager assured me I wouldn't be disappointed so I took the risk. And it was worth it. It is a clean, generous sized one bedroom apartment (plus study) with all the mod cons. It is ideally located to explore Freo on foot. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, the train station and the esplanade. The bathroom is a bit dated but completely adequate. I would definitely consider booking it again for a return visit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Location BUT We just had 1 week staying at this property which is in a great location but we were disappointed with a few things. The property interior doesn't look like the photos show for starters. The apartment wasn't very clean at all. My baby granddaughter was crawling around the floor on the first day when we arrived and she got filthy. Covered in black dirt. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and so was the glass splash back. The carpet had been replaced in other rooms but not the bedroom which was really stained and dirty. The apartment smelt as well. Each time you opened the door it was smelly. I went to cook a meal for 4 people and the rangehood didn't work. There was only 2 dinner plates and one was so cracked and chipped you couldn't use it. We turned the dishwasher on and it flooded water all over the kitchen so couldn't use. The air conditioner unit is on the balcony and it leaks water all over the balcony and the balcony is filthy. I emailed the manager and she offered to have dishwasher looked at straight away which we appreciated. She informed us as well they were waiting for a part for the rangehood.

It was dirty, along with filthy glassware, cups, & crockery. 3 main light bulbs were not working and bedside lamp did not work. After many emails finally received on 21 January 2015 a 15 % refund.
