So what is the perfect location? One block from Fremantle's hotspot, South Beach and situated on the famous "Capuccino Strip" this gorgeous town house is equally convenient for the free Cat Bus into town or for a dip in the Indian Ocean. Enjoy
Lovingly and newly furnished by me I have only just finished it no reviews yet, sorry but I am very pleased with how it has turned out, in fact, I would give it 5 stars. Having spent countless nights in strange cities on tour as a singer I think I understand what people are looking for. I have set the house up to try to include every detail. Living just a block away I can personally vouch for the neighbourhood, location etc. and I am confident that you won't be disappointed if you book this house.
Private access through the courtyard. There is a lock box on the wall just by the front door and the code is....only available to those who have booked.
Interaction with Guests
That's really up to you. You can be totally autonomous and private or I am happy to pop in say hello, check everything is OK etc. Just let me know.

Other Things to Note
Now we all know that Perth is really hot in the summer, but ceiling fans, air-conditioning and the famous Seabreeze make this space nice and comfortable. What you may not know, however, is that Perth gets really quite cold in the winter, sometimes down to nearly freezing at night. This house is protected from the overhead sun in the summer but gets the benefit of the warm winter sun. It also has gas heating to take the chill off on those winter mornings.
