Check out Little Creatures Brewery at Fishing Boat Harbour, the Fremantle Arts Centre for free Sunday afternoon bands, Fremantle Markets, Rottnest Island, Fremantle Prison with the underwater canal tours, countless museums, cinemas, fabulous restaurants, wine bars, shopping and of course countless heritage listed pubs. Fremantle is popular with both the young and the mature adult. It has something for everyone.
The free Fremantle CAT Bus service connects you to everything in Fremantle from a few metres from the front door. The CAT also takes you to the Fremantle train station which connects to the City of Perth.

The train between Perth and Fremantle runs every 10 minutes or so throughout the day. There are countless buses between Perth city and Fremantle; they include buses (phone number hidden) and 107. Some buses travel via the Canning Hwy; others go via Mounts Bay Rd and Stirling Hwy.
There is a plethora of one-way streets and parking meters in Freo. It’s easy enough to travel by foot or on the free CAT bus service, which takes in all the major sights on a continuous route every 10 minutes from 7.30am to 6pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on the weekend.
