You can also visit the markets and this is where you get the Ferry to Rottnest Island a definite MUST should be number 1 on your list. It is a wonderful Island with plenty to do. The snorkelling is amazing or you can hire a bike and ride bay to bay or walk around a couple of bays and get the bus back. Swim at the Basin on the way to Geordie Bay where you will find a lovely cafe. Tuesday is cheap fare day
If you head out away from the bridge the other way you can turn left and a 15 minute walk takes you to the beach. The bus stop is out the front and the train a 10 minute walk where you can stop at Cottesloe - great beach, Claremont great shopping, Subiaco for shopping and bars, or to the city. Browse the local Antique shops, there are endless things to keep you busy or just pack a picnic or BBQ and go down to the foreshore to relax and enjoy the river you may even see dolphins. A kayak is provided for river use. A 5 minute walk takes you to take away shops, bar, bottle shop, Flipside a great burger joint , Propeller & Habitute to name a few neighbourhood gems.
Take a 10 minute drive around the river to Point Walter Golf course. This is a gorgeous 9 hole course with wonderful views. Go down the hill to Point Walter Reserve and Cafe well worth a visit.

The kitchen is a chefs delight with coffee machine, double fridge/freezer, wine fridge, steamer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

A cleaning fee of $60.00 is charged and tenants are asked to leave apartment clean and tidy or an added cleaning fee will be charged.
Tenants are responsible for any damage. Please advise of any breakages.
Tariff is for a maximum of 2 adults. An added fee of $30.00 per extra adult and $20.00 per child is charged with a maximum of 4 guests allowed.
