Description

2 Bedroom, 2 Storey Apartment in the heart of Fremantle.

This 2 Storey apartment is fresh, light and bright, with a great outlook towards Fishing Boat harbour & Esplanade Park. It has been tastefully furnished & decorated, giving it a great holiday, relaxed feel. It has reverse cycle air conditioning, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. First floor comprises of a living area with comfortable sofa-bed, balcony, BBQ and outdoor setting. There is a dining area with dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, and fully equipped laundry. There is also a powder room off the laundry.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Master bedroom is situated at the front of the apartment and is very spacious with a King size bed, two tub chairs & coffee table, a walk through robe, balcony with deck chairs, great views with harbour glimpses giving this room a fabulous open and airy feel. The second bedroom is also of generous size, & has a double bed & a single bed. There are built in robes in this room.

The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and is fresh and bright. Please note that the shower is over the bath, so may not be suitable for elderly or infirmed guests.

Quality Sheridan sheets and towels are supplied, and we are happy to supply beach towels on request.

The apartment is in a secure complex known as "The Iceworks" and it offers free secure parking for 2 cars. The apartment has its own lock up garage and also undercover parking for a 2nd car. Not that a car is necessary with the location of this apartment & guests have commented that their Hire car had remained in the garage during their stay

We are able to arrange airport transfers as an alternative to a Hire car on request, by a reliable and commendable company who are part of our team. Various tours are also available from this company on request. Please ask for details at time of enquiry or booking request, and we'll be happy to send information through to you.

Opposite Fishing Boat Harbour and Esplanade Park. Short stroll to Bathers Beach.

The apartment is situated at the end of Norfolk Street in the heart of Fremantle, with a great outlook towards Fishing Boat Harbour and all it has to offer. An easy stroll across The Esplanade Park takes you to the famous Cicerellos for fish & chips, Kailis's, Little Creatures Brewing company, the fabulous Beach House Restaurant & Bar & Bathers Beach just to name a few. A few minutes walk in the other direction takes you to South Terrace and the cappuccino strip, with numerous more restaurants, cafes and bars, the wonderful weekend Fremantle Markets and the Old Fremantle Prison, offering different tours, both day and night. Cinemas, galleries and museum are all within easy walking distance. The train station is less than a 10 - 15 min walk away, Freo to Perth City 28mins however the Free Fremantle CAT bus stops just 50 meters away from the apartment and takes you right to the station. The CAT will also take you around Fremantle, South Fremantle and South Beach. The apartment is ideally located for any visit to Fremantle.

Please note, that the Standard nightly rate is based on 2 adults using one bed. 2 adults using 2 beds will incur an extra $30 per night. Thank you.

Please also note that check out time is 10am, and check in time is 2pm, however , wherever possible I endeavour to offer earlier check-in, or later check outs, but please understand that this is governed by other bookings at the time. Thank you.

We do have a 3 night minimum stay policy. However, a 2 night stay may be considered at times, but not guaranteed but would incur $100 cleaning fee. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Friendly Seller and Beautiful House! First of all, Thank you Jill for being such a wonderful host! The fresh milk, bread and juice prepared prior to our arrival was a pleasant surprise. Sometimes its such small little details that leave the biggest impression. The house is in an excellent location; walking distance to Fremantle markets and the famous Fish n Chips restaurants. Parking is also a breeze with the private garage. Jill is also very accommodative to our requests as we travelled with a toddler and had a gate installed at the staircase for safety reasons! The beds are super comfy too! It really made us feel so much at home with the lovely furnitures, useful appliances. Before our arrival, Jill also helped us to sort out several issues and provided us with many important information that saved us a lot of time when we reached Perth. I have to say that Perth is now one of my top favourite cities and this beautiful house played an important role. Thank you Jill. It was an extremely pleasant stay and thank you for being such a wonderful host. Hope to visit Perth soon again and will definitely book your apartment!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home Sweet home We love this place! The property is very clean and bright. The location is great for family with kids, a playground next to the fishing harbour is just across the street. It is really accessible to the Fremantle market, restaurants and bars. If you don't feel going out, simply order take away or alternatively you can prepare your dinner at home. You find all you need in the kitchen and when the weather allowed, just put everything in the BBQ. The owner is very thoughtful and offer all support including airport transfer when you arrive only at midnight, breakfast is also available so that you don't worry getting around to get the basic essentials. We feel home and we will be back!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Location and prompt communication are key! We enjoyed ourselves at the apartment. Jill left a book of instructions including maps, brochures, games which are really good information to have. Everything you need is within walking distance so we save on petrol costs! The rooms are clean, and there are many small thoughtful touches such as condiments (not expired!), fresh milk, bread and even facial wipes! She was prompt in replying, before and after and is easily to chat with. The other small thing I will consider is that if you have big luggage, you have to haul it up! And there is only 1 bathroom so you have to queue for shower. Otherwise, everything is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous. Thanks Jill for welcoming us so warmly despite arriving at midnight. This property was perfect for our needs and the make up removal wipes were a very welcome site at the end of a long day travelling! It was also so nice to wake up in the morning and not have to go searching for breakfast because you had thought of that too. It really is the little things that make a big impression. The house was clean, well furnished and had ample facilities (toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and a very good tumble dryer!) It was a great location for us as we could walk everywhere or catch the CAT if little legs were tired. The second toilet downstairs was very handy too with young kids. We had a really fun time and if we return to Freo I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
